Shipping policy

The short version: orders process Monday–Friday and most ship within a day, then take another 3–5 business days in transit on domestic ground. Expedited orders must be placed before 11:00am PST to ship the same day.

Order processing

Orders are processed Mon–Fri during normal business hours of 8:00am–4:00pm PST. Expedited shipping orders must be placed prior to 11:00am PST to ship out same day.

Transit times

Orders are generally shipped 1 day after your order is processed and normally take an additional 3–5 business days to arrive (based on domestic ground shipping in the US).

Product availability

We do not guarantee items are in stock and will ship right away. If there is an out-of-stock issue we will notify you and discuss options for your order, including lead times or other alternatives.

Made-to-order items

Poles, custom signs, radar speed signs, and message board, arrow board and light tower trailers are made to order. Lead times vary — contact us at (888) 925-1966 for a current estimate before ordering if timing is critical to your project.

Damage in transit

Any and all issues upon arrival must be reported within 10 days. If a product is damaged in shipping it is subject to replacement as long as it is requested within three (3) days of arrival with photo evidence. See our Refund policy for the full return and warranty terms.

Connectivity and network responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have access to adequate SIM cards and Wi-Fi connectivity necessary to operate any Wi-Fi-enabled equipment. Traffic Thingz (operated by Solar Thingz, Inc.) does not reimburse for the cost of SIM cards, data plans, or any labor associated with establishing or maintaining network connectivity.
